Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process orders within 4 business days after receiving the order and payment authorisation.

Areas and Rates

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to New Zealand (for now)! 

Below are our shipping rates:

Australia-wide

  • Standard Shipping - AU$10; FREE for Orders AU$99 and up*
  • Express Shipping - AU$20; AU$10 for Orders AU$199 and up*

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping - AU$25*
  • Express Shipping - AU$40*

* For large orders, shipping rates may differ; we will be in contact if any adjustments are necessary.

Import Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and other import fees that may be required by law in some countries. Salt & Luz does not included these fees in our product prices nor shipping costs in checkout; customers are to be responsible for these fees.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that the item arrives damaged or you've encountered issues with your order, please write to us at hello@saltandluz.com as soon as possible and within 10 business days of receiving the package.

Please quote your order number and include at least 2 photo(s) detailing the item’s condition where possible.

We'd love to assist you well, based on the situation at hand.

Please note that we will not accept requests for items in used condition. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Did you design all of the artworks?

    Yes! All artworks have been made by yours truly. For those that I did not create, I will have indicated that it is not my design or collaborated with someone. As for the public domain paintings for prayer cards, I forego putting the Salt & Luz logo.

  • If you are Luz, who is Salt?

    My fiancé Tim :----) jkjk!

  • Do you take bulk orders?

    At the moment, it is best to send us an enquiry to see if we can make it to when you need it. We'd love to explore if we can make it happen! 💌

  • Are your products being sold elsewhere?

    No, our products are only directly sold from us at the moment. We do not have other stockists as of today.

  • Do you take art commissions or custom design requests?

    No, not at the moment; sorry! But feel free to still contact us.
