Shipping Policy

At Salt & Luz, we process orders within 4 business days of receiving your payment authorisation. 

Areas and Rates

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand for now! Below are our shipping rates*: 

Australia-wide

• Standard Shipping - AU$10; FREE for Orders AU$99 and up*
• Express Shipping - AU$20; AU$10 for Orders AU$199 and up*

New Zealand

• Standard Shipping - AU$25*
• Express Shipping - AU$40*

* For larger or heavier orders, shipping rates may differ; we will be in contact with you if any adjustments are necessary.

For International Orders

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and other import fees that may be required by law in some countries.

Returns and Refunds

In the event that the item arrives damaged or you've encountered some issue with your order, please write to us at hello@saltandluz.com within 10 days of receiving the package, quoting your order number and including at least 2 photo(s) of the item’s condition where possible.

Please note that items to be requested for returns and/or refunds must be unused and in their original condition.
